Homeowners are responsible for the care and maintenance of the exterior of the property, to include brick repair/replacement/tuck-pointing, roof repairs/replacement, balcony maintenance & repair; etc.  This helps to explain why the monthly association dues are lower than most condo or town-home properties in the area. Since I purchased the town-home in 2017 the Association Dues have not increased.
